What a transcendent experience. YES, this is a Gas Station.YES, it is called “blisters”. YES, it is right off the freeway. YES, there is no sign out side telling you this is a restaurant. As a BBQ consumer I must tip my hat to this establishment. It’s was incredible.
Get the loaded fries. Either meat is incredible. Below is a picture of all my empty plates.

Everyone was raving about this place and how good the food is, I order a 3 meat plate and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The meet plate and frys were good, but can't make up for the rancid chemical taste of the chicken sandwich, they put blue cheese on it and my wife who has had it before said that's not what it's supposed to taste like. It tasted like I was eating a can of ether. They were quick to respond and look in to the issue and contact the supplier about the issue. Very professional and will consider returning.

This review is from a few months ago. Everything we had was terrible. I’m not sure how it happened but our buns were extremely stale and half our food was soaked in vinegar. The Cuban, Brisket Sandwich, and Tri Tip sandwich all were soaked in vinegar…. At least it made the stale buns a little softer. The rest of our meal was served cold. In their defense they were super busy so maybe that’s why. The fries and all the sauces were good! I’d be willing to give it another try eventually but our first experience was terrible.

I enjoy coming here. I enjoy the food, though I wish their brisket was sliced and not pulled. Everyone is pretty friendly.

I have eaten here several times now and it does not disappoint. Tonight I had the turkey and tri-tip. Both were juicy with amazing flavor. To top it off, the house made fries are perfect. The only downside is if you show up late, the good stuff will be sold out. Run, don’t walk.
