16 years of being a loyal customer. This BBQ is literally perfect. It doesn't even need a long review. I would run out of descriptive words and expressions. Simple is best, just like Blue Ribbon. I'm a North Carolinian living in Boston and was super excited to find this place. Without hesitation, I ordered their NC style pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and potato salad. I was highly disappointed in the quality. of the food that was presented to me. None of the items above were authentic southern cuisine. You cannot open a BBQ place and tell people it's authentic BBQ from the South when it is not. I will say that the staff members were friendly and they had plenty of call in orders, but sadly, when you don't know how delicious the food could be, you settle for what they have. In their about me, I couldn't figure out where the owner is actually from, but he/she is not from the South.

Blue Ribbon BBQ catered an event for us on Sat 6/17/22. The food was delivered promptly, set up was done very quickly, and everyone enjoyed the buffet. All the meats and sides were delicious, I would definitely recommend Blue Ribbon BBQ.
