We were in the area only briefly but I wish we had been able to stop into Brooklyn Bros. a second time before we had to leave. Legitimately some of the best pizza I've had. From the crispy/chewy crust to the sauce and the toppings, everything was on point.
Maybe one day they'll open one in California. Until then, I'll just have to settle for a really good memory. 😁

Best pizza we have tried in the area. Their crust is top notch, and the cheese, sauce, and toppings are in the correct proportions.
Update: looks like they have increased their staffing. The calzone was impressive! This place never disappoints!

It was average, NY style pizza. They do not offer Pineapple, because they don’t believe it belongs on pizza, which is kind of strange. Why would any business want to lose an entire customer base. ??? Anyways, it’s typical thin crust, New York style pizza. Nothing special. Fairly overpriced. The employees were nice though.

Quality New York Pizza! Love the extra large slices with a wide variety of choices. One of the best pizza in Washington State hands down. Now they also sell Chicago Style deep dish pizza as well if that what your looking for.

Coming from a true New Yorker this is NOT true New York Pizza. Had a slice which after being warmed was so dry and crispy, it was a cracker. There is not enough rise to the crust, sauce or cheese. Erase Brooklyn substitute Washington from the name.👎
