At the very least, in the top three most authentic Japanese restaurants in all of Washington State, and quite possibly the most authentic. Don't let that scare you off! You'll recognize most of the menu, and it's a welcoming atmosphere. Totally worth the drive from Seattle!
LABE TREE
An 8 piece roll is more like a 16 piece because of how thick the rolls are and they absolutely load the fish in there. Very very good. Also the slow piano music in the back was perfect.
