Service was great. Hard kombucha was expired. Waitress reconciled the situation immediately. She was kind. The wings were great. Only reason for the 4 stars... it's a chain and had an expired item. Otherwise 5

Updating my review from a few years ago. We ordered food online at this location on November 5th. Pick up time was for 6pm. My wife arrived at 550pm to see a lot of others waiting. She waited until 730pm and was finally able to get an employee to look at her to ask where our order was. They said it was still 7 orders away. We went to the burrito place next door. Now, I understand staffing issues right now. What I don't understand is how I requested a refund nearly a month ago and still haven't seen it. That's the reason for this review. That's unacceptable.

The service was amazing although my boyfriend didnt necessarily like the lemon Pepper wings the server had new ones brought to the table right away. He changed them out for mild BBQ and Thursdays are BOGO so buy 1 get 1 wings. All party's at the table are able to get double. We had each 30 total wings on our trays. Had not been to this location before so we didn't know what to expect. We had so much to bring home our server brought us boxes we ended up having 5 boxes 5 lids for our sauces and even brought us to go cups for our lemonades. Needless to say I highly recommend this establishment. Just be careful as to what you order.
