I love there breakfast. Particularly the French toast sticks, trick is to face them cook them a tad longer than typical. They're better with crisp. 2 for $5 sandwiches are def dankness

Only car in the drive through, was told to wait to order, waited 6 minutes and said "Hello?" only to be told to wait some more. Finally ordered our food, and went ahead to wait 10 minutes, nobody talking to us. The cashier tried to hand us our food and we said we hadn't even paid yet. Took my card and coupons and left them on the register to do something else. At this point, there were 7 cars lined up behind me. A few minutes later she came back, ran the payment and told me my coupons didn't count because I didn't read the code at the speaker which I've never had to do before. I was furious at this point and told her to just keep the coupons so I could leave already. Even after all that, one of my burgers only had the bun and meat, nothing else. I understand they're short-staffed, but waiting that long without being told what's going on with my order, lack of communication that led to her trying to give me food BEFORE I paid, leaving a customer's card UNATTENDED, the bit with the coupons, AND the order was incorrectly filled infuriates me. As a former customer service employee I am disgusted. Get your team trained and managed properly Burger King.

Slowwww drive thru. I've waited upwards of 10 minutes at the actual window before. Also no one greets you when you get to the window, meaning you're kinda wondering if they know you're there. They do have good deals on the app not available in store.
