This time was somewhat better than the last. Last time the MEAT WAS NOT DONE on my Burgers and to top it off you put MAYONNAISE ON EVERYTHING, after being asked not too. It was too late to go back so we just through it away. That was about a week ago that I had my wife go through your drive thru. So I gave your company another chance; and now I'm beginning to think that it was a huge mistake! I told the shift manager what happened on our last drive thru visit. So I thought maybe this time I would come in and hopefully you would get it right? This time I told the cashier and shift manager make sure the BURGERS ARE DONE, and NO MAYONNAISE on anything I'm buying! Somehow the kitchen still puts MAYONNAISE on my chicken sandwich. There was still a communication problem. Why do you have to put MAYONNAISE on every sandwich? Haven't you heard of individual packets of MAYONNAISE on the side? OR how about having people ask for MAYONNAISE , if they want MAYONNAISE on they're sandwich. Some people have egg allergies or MAYONNAISE just makes them sick! WORK ON GETTING IT RIGHT OR YOUR GONNA LOOSE MY BUSINESS COMPLETELY!
