Took an hour and half to get a freaking appetizer and there was no mention of how long it took except that the kitchen was backed up…. Apparently not long enough to get the three other tables around us two rounds of drinks and their entrees. Better off going to another place. Do not recommend.

Caffè Luciano's is a charming little place overlooking the Boise River. Good menu selection, quick service, and friendly staff. When the outdoor seating opens up with the warmer weather their seating should at least double. We had a fun time at the Trivia Night on a Thursday. The one star ding was for lack of convenient car parking. But being right on the Greenbelt makes it a good bike destination.

First off, it looks very charming and the food was great! The bad parts, it took 15 minutes to get a drink order, the drinks are pre mixed. It took over an hour to get seated, then another 15 to 20 minutes passed before we had a server take our order. The hostess kept coming over and said the server will be right there..We asked a few times if she could take our order. She said she reminded our server to come to our table. Our server did take our orders finally, but a few people were undecided..She said she would come back. It took another 10 minutes for her to come back. It took another 10 minutes she informed me they were out of mac and cheese. It took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive and it only partially came out because my mother in law got up and asked when food would come out. The plates were sitting there waiting while waiters were talking. The rest of the order came out randomly and they missed one of our orders. We were told they were short on people, but there was no checking on us, offering any dessert etc. I paid the bill and gave them a tip. Afterwards I asked for the second time to speak with the manager to inform her what bad service we experienced..Another waiter overhead my comments and began to argue with our party. It further emphasized the attitude and apathy for customers.
