Definitely a small piece of island in the middle of nowhere!
I came to Kearney,MO for a few weeks and I have visited this restaurant twice despite the drive.
There food is like eating at home.. always on point and I respect their price, in fact they should charge more ...
I can tell it's a small family owned business so please be respectful and tip them well !

So much variety and flavors. Hand made lemonade, my honey got potato salad as one of his sides, which as a Latin restaurant I thought was unusual. I got another order of it to go.
Can't wait to go back.

I visit Caribe Blue frequently. The food is amazing, the portions are very generous. Many times its enough for lunch and dinner! Very quick, efficient customer service and they are constantly checking if you need anything else. Food is consistently great and if it is not from their hot bar it is still prepared and served quickly. We have recommended this restaurant to many friends and colleagues and they have become regular customers too.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I had a pork plato and a cortadito. The coffee was an excellent way to finish off an amazing lunch. Will be back soon!
