EDIT: the original post will remain the same with the addition of the staff is becoming / is complaisant and the cook seems to be having difficulty with orders the past few times i was there.. my rating remains at 3 stars, it would have been 4stars if not for the continuing issues. food is good and the quality is good, the prices have gone up in the past few years and the quality has stayed the same....given that, i'm going to give this a 3 start, if the prices start to match the quality i would certainly give it 4/5 starts, however the food is not as good as what you are paying for.....
