To say the ordering system is unorganized is an understatement. It seems most people don't care though and deal with it. It's off putting though, to me... I call ahead, literally get a voice recording to "keep trying"... YET, when you are standing in the store waiting, the phone rings and literally not a single employee pays it attention. ?? I do like the Italian yet it's not supernatural, I can make the same exact, yet it's convenient to buy one. However, I ordered a tuna salad sub recently and I got mounds and mounds of onions and very, very little tuna salad, which was average. A large Italian and a medium tuna sub was ~$32. Not worth that price. But today was it for me... against my better judgment I went in around 2pm thinking it might not be crowded and I wanted one item, an Italian... It wasn't busy. There was one man in front of me... he literally ordered and I was standing right behind him at the register getting ready to order. He ordered two subs... the lady who took his order, who acknowledged me walk in, made eye contact with me after she took his order, turned away and proceeded to make his order. Another lady slicing meats just finished slicing, avoided eye contact with me and walked past the griddle tops to be gone. The other two ladies were standing behind their prep station doing nothing and did not acknowledge me. I left and won't be back. The cheesesteak is literally "steakums" by the way

Good food, best Italian subs ever!! However, be aware, they do charge a service fee for using your credit card...
