I am updating this review as we gave it another try and they seem to have really turned things around. We had an excellent server named Tyler, our orders were spot on and no one could finish their food as they have pretty large portions. Everything came out hot and cooked well. The tables looked new and the facility was clean. We were in and out quickly on a busy Saturday evening. We will definitely be eating here more often.
So I want so bad to love Cheddar's and give a good review because it was a favorite for years, but it's just not the same as it was several years ago. Due to poor service and aesthetics. We hadn't gone in over a year, but decided to give it another try. While it was much cleaner this time and the food was good, the service is still lacking. It took almost 2 hours for 3 people who ordered quickly to have lunch and try to pay and leave. The server was initially courteous, but when we'd waited for a bottle of ketchup for about 15 minutes and went to the bar to get one ourselves ( we were very polite and never fussed, just went to get it) she got irritated and confrontational and stayed a bit like that the rest of our time. When we asked for our check so we could pay, about 15 minutes after we were asked how the checks were to be split, we were again met with a very passive aggressive response. I give 2 stars because the food was good, but the prices have gone up and it's just not worth the irritation to deal with eating here again.

It’s ok, the overall experience has honestly went downhill from where they used to be

We always get takeout, so we decided to change it up and actually dine in this time. It was definitely worth it. Everything was hot and fresh, we had Victoria, excellent waitress. Checked on us, attentive, and very kind. We had a great time and awesome dinner.

I always love the food here and the prices are great. The amount of food you get is reasonable. Unless I order and appetizer or a desert I usually leave satisfied but not stuffed which I like. It's a nice atmosphere and one of my favorite places. I recommend it.

Cheddars is like home cooking. If your cooking is fairly bland and not very creative. But it’s by no means bad, is like the most okayest restaurant ever. Things will be good and sometimes one step better and others one step below but always “good”
