This place has gone down hill over the past few years. They almost never get your order correct. The price is too high for the low quality of food. I will start going to the other Hardees in town. Today I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with extra egg. Got close to one half an egg, I almost feel like they do it on purpose. Nobody can be that dumb and still keep their job. Once I understand but every single time messing something up?

I went through the drive thru and asked for a country ham with extra ham and when I got home I only had one piece of ham. I called them and told them and they took my name and said next time I would get a free sandwich. I went back another morning and asked for another country ham with extra ham and a porkchop and gravy biscuit and I received a sausage biscuit and a biscuit with only a egg. Very poor service.
