Went with my best friends and we almost always have a great experience but tonight was AWESOME. Aubrey was SO sweet, she was quick, attentive and a great communicator, and was so funny. We’ll definitely be back, and she’s absolutely the best. Thanks Aubrey for making our night great. Oh and the food, as always was good. I don’t know what these idiots are taking about when they leave 1-2 star reviews. It’s never bad here. Just because sometimes they’re short staffed means nothing. Be appreciative people!

Best Chili's I've been to in a while. So many of the Chili's restaurants have gone downhill, but this one has remained so good. They get our order out in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly.

First let me say I’ve ordered from this location a lot. 5 out of 10 times it’s correct. When it’s not I typically don’t say anything or I just ask DoorDash for a refund. This time I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and they sent it with no mushrooms. When I called, the teenager told me So do you want us to make a new one and pick it up. I asked for a manager. After a long hold I told the manager I’d like what I ordered and I’d pick it up and when I told her I’d pick it up and that I ordered it through door dash she tried to explain that normally if it’s a third party order I’d have to dispute it through door dash and I told her door dash didn’t forget the mushrooms, you guys did. When I came to pick it up the 2 teens behind the counter just handed me the bag and that was it. No apology or nothing. Your turn over rate is there for a reason.
