I understand that there are serious staffing issues. But this location needs to become more flexible with opening up tables in its dining room. There is no good reason that empty tables can’t be used and the servers can’t walk a few feet further. We were told they only had booths available. Same with the group in front of us. We left and went somewhere else.

So Sat, 06/11 @ 1:30pm, brought in a party of 7 for a grad celebration. Told by the greeter that only parties of 6 or less are being served due to no cooks. Told him we would split to a 4/3 table and told no. F' Chili's...won't be back...guess they will be the next bankruptcy. Should have known to support family owned local restaurants. That's exactly what we did.

They had 1 server, 1 bartender and 1 hostess who definitely never hosted before The server thought it was more important to clean the table then to greet people at the door. We decided we will get the bar seating a chance and the bartender must have never bartended before because she never once said I’ll be right with you or anything after 20 minutes of just watching the manager micromanage the workers and just stand around doing nothing we decide to leave.

Called on Mother's Day to see what the wait time would be and if we needed reservations. Was asked how many was in the party and responded with 4 adults and 3 children. Was immediately told "We don't take parties of 7" and instantly hung up on. Obviously, my mother needs to up her standards for where she wants to go to eat on Mother's Day. Chili's must be rolling in the cash to refuse service and hang up on people. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm floored on both how the person on the phone simply refused service and hung up, along with how they can decide how many people can be in your party to eat. 4 Adults, 3 Children..... Not a party of 50! This will be the next business with a permanently closed sign on the doors with that type of service. I'll gladly go elsewhere and spend my money where it's appreciated!
