this Cocobowlz has really bad service i ordered a BOWL of fruits but the lady put less then half of the bowl and said that i need to pay extra for more fruits. I pay for extra items and it doesn’t come with extra, i always give a tip but they still do terrible it’s been a few times when they do really have bad service. so again terrible service

I don't normally leave negative feedback but I do feel like I should provide some honest constructive criticism for this location. The staff was helpful, and the smoothie tasted good. But it came out to almost $12 for a smoothie about 6in tall. Took all of 3 minutes to drink.
Additionally, in the actual really frustrating part was when I placed the order online I selected Simpsonville given that five forks is still considered Simpsonville not realizing they also had a location on Fairview road. I quickly realized what went wrong and attempted to reach out to them so that they didn't make the order 25 minutes away and waste the food. There was not a phone number listed on google, nor the website, and no combination of links I could follow would give me a phone number to reach out to them meaning that not only was I unable to cancel the order but that food got made and went to waste. I highly recommend making it easier to contact your locations and working on the volume of your smoothies to be comparable to other restaurants in a similar field.

Super tasty! Took one star off due to price.

A great addition to Five Forks. The staff is friendly and makes orders fast. The choices are like the other locations with acai bowls and smoothies. The fruit was fresh and delicious and acai was cold with nice toppings of granola and Nutella. There are about 5 tables with two chairs each outside since the inside is small with a small queue.

Great service. The smoothies are delicious! Of the ones we've tried, the Nutty Buddy is our favorite. But paying $8 for a 12/16? oz. smoothie is just a little crazy to me.
