We went for a date night and ate in the dining area. Some people were waiting for the hibachi grill table, but it didn't seem too long. A few people were enjoying drinks from the full bar while they waited. I did notice that the hostess was taking reservations by phone. I think this is a good idea. Especially for weekends. I can see this restaurant getting really popular. We really enjoyed our appetizers, sushi, rolls and dessert! I'm very picky about sushi rolls, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, as did my husband. I thought the special rolls contained relatively generous ingredients. They were well put together with complimenting flavors. I wish I had room to keep eating and try more! We'll be back for sure!

Great restaurant! We did the sushi side tonight, but they let you order hibachi from there as well (for our kids). The kids portion was big! And delicious! We had the Lover for 2 rolls on the boat and all were delicious, fresh, and would definitely recommend this place!

First I want to start off by saying my family and I love Sakura on N Pleasantburg Dr, and when we heard of them opening in five forks we were very excited, but unfortunately that did not last very long. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and ordered sake. The menu displayed “Flavor your own sake” 2.5 for a large. So as someone who has never ordered sake, we thought “wow it’s about the same size as a beer and a dollar les. So we ordered a Apple and peach sake. Then when the bill had come out, it said 10 dollars per sake. We were confused and asked the server, and the server had explained we had to add another sake price and then add the flavor price. It was kinda disappointing because the menu did not display “additional- flavor your own sake” or did the server ever explain it. I work at a fine dining restaurant, and the first thing we learn is always be real with the customers and you’ll gain clientele. We really wished the five forks location would reflect off of the original location but food and service quality was not.
