Great people great service. Orders were taken correctly and orders picked are delicious and still hot. Called to compliment the manager and staff and they were aware other locations have issues. But they are simply excellent. Highly recommended.

Cousin's Sub is legendary. The will go down in history as one of the best sub shops. Now every store operates differently. This particular Cousins in Brown Deer is one of the best. Food is always fresh and taste good. I will say though at my last visit I ordered a couple of subs and the one of them was a footlong ham and cheese plain. No toppings only meat. The sub was more bread than anything. Meat just to cover the bread. They could have at least added a couple of extra slices of meat and cheese to compensate for not having the other toppings. I gave them a pass because their food is always on point. Maybe it was a new person, who knows. Otherwise besides this isolated incident, they are good!
