The menu choices are not like they use to be

I went to cracker barrel in white house, tn 37188 Monday 5-2-22 afternoon and got the worst meal I have ever gotten at any cracker barrel, I ordered the chicken fried chicken it was tough and hard and at best room temperature. The mashed potatoes were again at best room temperature, the green beans were the only vegetable that was good..I will not return to that location...How else had this type of experience at this location? Just asking...I just think the employees just don't care and really don't care what they serve to customers anymore. Just my opinion..oh the waitress said they don't do any type of special orders anymore no matter what, so don't ask for any thing specially fixed..I only gave them a one star because the green beans were good.

Incredibly slow service. Take out orders are not prepared at the promised time. Previously, we waited almost an hour for our food. We never saw a manager in the restaurant. On another visit, we waited for what seemed like 30 minutes for our ticket after we finished eating. Gave up on waiting and went to the register to try to pay. Probably won't be going back to that location. Too bad because I love Cracker Barrels in general. I don't think that I will come back to this location
