I ordered 2 large royal New York strawberry cheesecake blizzards with extra strawberry. After I waited 45 minutes I got home and there was no strawberry within either of the blizzards . Don’t charge me if you are not going to put the main ingredient in the blizzard. I paid around $15 for gram cracker flavored ice cream. Yuck.

Once again lobby is still closed. Its summer time and you sell ice cream, open the doors and actually make some money. Not everyone wants to sit in their car and eat their meal, especially when they are traveling through town and don't live in Verm. Lobby closed, poor quality, inaccurate orders, and no customer service. This is a direct reflection of poor management. Step it up or close it down. And until then, at LEAST put a large sign in the windows to let people know it's DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY.

Oh my god. Order wrong as usual. This place sucks. Either everyone who works at this location is completely inept or stoned or both. Must have a really good manager. Hahahaha
