The food is good and maybe a little overpriced, but the owner is a piece of work. This is the 3rd and last time I walked out of there tonight. She is HORRIBLE!!! She is rude to the customers and very rude and disrespectful to the employees. She yells and screams at the employees in front of customers even though they haven’t even done anything wrong. I can’t believe anyone would stay and put up with that. I bet she doesn’t even care about these reviews because that’s how self centered and egotistical she is. I will not support this business and this kind of behavior. I wish I could really say what was on my mind, but I’ll just leave it at that.

We love the chain Dickey's. But this particular Dickey's in Mandan North Dakota is absolutely horrible. We have never had a bad experience at the Dickey's in Nebraska. We stood in line for 15 minutes and saw that one person was served. This is a fast-food BBQ joint but not the one in Mandan North Dakota. One woman operates the show Even though there were five people working she was doing it all taking the orders cutting the meat cooking the food disappeared for minutes at a time then come back and try to make sure she had the order straight. I do not recommend this place.
