Family of three wanted to try a local seafood restaurant, we thought this place would be the most appropriate one. NO!!! Our table was extremely dirty at a point where we needed to ask to clean it again. Let leave out of this review the under table condition. Pretty they didn’t clean that area for the last week or so. Food was good, black beans was not good. This is a very expensive place. Really really expensive. Three people and it was more than $200. No, I don’t recommend it and I won’t come back. Higher quality places like Longhorn for a table of 4 has been around $125.

First off I’m Cuban, this place isn’t Mexican everything on their menu is Cuban food, not sure why google has it labeled as Mexican. And if the owners are Mexican just know they’ve appropriated a 100% Cuban menu. If you’re looking for a whole fried fish they only stock huge fish and charge 50.00 for each one. Very over priced for this type of food item that is a common dish in the area. Service was subpar for the amount of money spent, about 200+ for 3 adults. I had to keep reminding our waitress of missing food items. Asked twice for conch fritters and they never made it to the table. She rarely checked in on us. Tables rarely bussed, tables are very small and we’d run out of space for plates. Also, water was never offered. I had to walk to the bar to ask for water for my kids because our waitress rarely checked in. Sadly, there was a table right next to us chain smoking cigars. Not even eating either :/ I’m Cuban I love cigars, but these dodos were trying so hard to be fancy. There are laws not to smoke in restaurants and they did not enforce anything. My poor kids inhaled about 8 cigars worth of smoke. We had all this expensive food and couldn’t just get up and leave. Trying to get to go boxes to avoid the smoke was about a 2 hour fiasco.

Whole fish display counter. Pick your fish and they fry it whole with goodies on top. Good ceviche, soup, raw oysters, nice server. Patio is nice but faces the freeway, kinda loud. They are busy and do a good job all around. Definitely going back
