I was surprised to hear Ono-Char had re-opened. The prices are more than double what they used to be. More like tourist-trap prices now. The burger was fairly good, but the fries were barely warm. And it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Try calling in your order, if they allow that? They did just re-open, and maybe still working things out. I’ll give them another try, at some point. And change this review if there’s an improvement.

We loved Duane’s years ago when we were here and were so excited to see it back open. We showed up at 1:40 today and placed our order. We were told it would be an hour wait. We knew it would be worth it. However, by 4:00, when we still hadn’t gotten our food, it no longer seemed worth it. There were only a few orders ahead of us when we ordered and it was a solid two and a half hours until we got our food. I understand that places are short staffed, and I know they recently reopened, but 2.5 hours is crazy. Also, the prices have doubled and the food wasn’t awesome when it showed up. It’s sad to see this place not living up to its reputation and we’ll probably give it a try when we’re here next and hope it’s found its pace by then.

They opened 30 min late. We were 4 in line and we waited 45 minutes for 3 burgers and cold fries. Burger was good but not worth that!
