While traveling thru on a rainy day on the motorcycle we needed to stop for a hot coffee to warm up . Clearly they were short staffed and pushed to the limit ( when I thanked 1 of the employees she had tears in her eyes from exhaustion). The lobby was full. Things weren’t printing out the way they should . No one had had a break since opening yet still the talk was positive with someone staying late and 1 saying we need to keep the lobby open because they really need the job. The customers were awesome and patient. Just a reminder to thank and appreciate the people that are trying so hard in this crazy world!

The line moves fast. My order is always correct. My feedback is they don't put enough ice in the iced coffee.

This is the worst dunkin ever. I go an spend alot of money at dunkin an every time I do the coffees are cold. I asked to speak to a manager, I got told no. The women asked me if I didn't like what they done why do I keep coming back. I asked to speak to a manager an they hung up on me. This dunkin should be closed an never open again. I get they are short of staff but they they treat the customers is not right. I give them no stars at all.
