I never tried Ramen before and really wanted to, I can't have pork or seafood and I was having a hard time finding one that didn't have either. I found this place let's you make your own in which I did chicken base along with mushrooms/ginger/ egg. Wow.... that was absolutely delicious. I was hesitant but figured to try new things and now I have a new favorite dish.
