The Asada tastes very dry like it was prepared boiled. They insist on throwing ranchera sauce ontop of every burrito on their menu - perhaps to hide the dryness of their meats. Their tacos do not come with cheese by default (understandably so) so, you will be faced with the same dryness. Overall nothing stands out to me at El Ranchito. They seem like their establishment is geared more towards the mariachi-night-club-style-scene than it is authentic food choices.
