My organization had an event there this past weekend and I can not say enough good things about this establishment. The people, the atmosphere and the amazing food was one that most of the people that attended said they had never experienced before! I have had nothing but amazing things said to me about every aspect of this restaurant as a venue! The staff went above and beyond! They were so attentive and amazing! The food was fabulous and so flavorful! We had some vegetarians and a few with more dietary restrictions than most people and they were the loudest praises, and honestly that never happens! The owners are the most genuine people you will ever meet. They actually listen to what your event needs and makes it happen! If you have an event in the Rock Springs area I would most definitely recommend Eve's 10/10! And if you are just going there for dinner I can't imagine it would be any less!

It’s almost been 24 hours since we sat down for dinner at Eve’s and it’s still on my mind. We messaged the restaurant ahead of time to ask if they could accommodate a vegan/ plant based diet and they were completely and immediately willing to. We didn’t know what to expect but we really couldn’t have anticipated how delicious and exciting our meal was! Our server already knew what was being prepared for us when we sat down and was very welcoming and friendly. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly and promptly crafted. Our dinner and the dinners of our family members were AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things! We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you, staff of Eve’s for making our night so special 😊

Food was good, however, management needs some attention& education on handling large groups. Management had prior notice this group would be coming however no effort expended on planning how to service the group. A group of 42 people serviced by two people while servers are focused on resetting tables for the next day is not good management. We waited for over 2 hours for our food. Drinks were carried out 2 or 2 at a time. 4 servers were resetting/preparing tables while 2 servers were attempting to care for our large group. I definitely would not recommend for a large group.

Best burger ever!!!! I know crave this burger all of the time. I got the bluesey burger and my husband had the bacon burger. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server was a very kind young gentleman.
