Everything has gone downhill over the past few years. There are still some good days, but the bad far outweigh them. Today we were told 30 minutes to pick up our food, and it wasn't ready for well over an hour. I understand they had a large order backing up the kitchen, but they didn't communicate with us or even offer anything to make it right. We tried to call and talk to someone, they hung up on my husband. They called back and just said they'd give us a discount next time, but we won't be going back now.
