I used to have a 5 star rating on this review. Yhe food at that point was so amazing I couldn't go a week without it. Over the past year every meal I've had had been unsatisfactory in one way or another. But I don't think I could bear to eat there again after today's meal. Thanks to the third name change on the crispy rolls, we somehow ended up with those awful spring rolls instead. The fried rice had 3 peas it. And the garlic butter shrimp it's like they changed the recipe. I once would have given this place 100 stars, and 1 star feels far too generous with how things are bring run there. Nice people who work there, but the food is a sad cry from how amazing it was

Been here before and food is great. But came in today with my hubby, friend, and my baby. Got sat down and wasn't helped at all for 20min. But two tables got sat and helped right away. Ended up just leaving.

2 Stars because the food is always good every time we are there as a family. It would be 5 stars if the waiters/waitresses gave better service. Every time we are there - I feel like this particular waitress would think twice about waiting on us. I don't know why. It was only 3 of us, myself, husband and my daughter. No one would seat us until after a bit. I understand if it was busy and if my party was a large group, but most times when we are there - it is not very busy. Just last night - after a while, the gentleman decided to come take us to our table. We sat there for a good 15-20 minutes until we were waited on. I asked the other waitress who our server was and she told me it was her, but then she walked away to the next table and never came back and waited on us. So eventually the other waiter - the male waiter came and took our drink orders, and our food orders. I asked for waters, but only one water was brought over to us. We did order for other drinks too, but we always ask for water as well. Again, the food is always good - but every time we are there - the service is always the same. The same waitress never gives us good service. I did not tip this time. And we will go somewhere else. I hope that your establishment will re-train your staff to have better service. Even if you can't get to your customers right away - kindly let them know or acknowledge them. Tell them you will be with them in a moment. It's important to give good service when you work in a restaurant.
