I stayed in Jersey for 3 days before traveling to India and my journey of authentic Indian food started at this place as I did not miss a single chance to eat at Famous Dhaba. Truly authentic with very hygienic and fresh food made daily. Sweets taste really good as authentic as halwais.
I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!! This place does not stand a comparison to any Indian restaurants in Jersey!

Love Indian food and live in Staten Island. We don’t have good Indian places here C so travelled all the way to NJ. Called ahead and ordered (including 1 chef recommendation) I love it Indian spicy but typically places can’t get it spicy enough for me. The owner who I spoke made it so I all sweat and food was delicious! Well worth a trip. Owner was so nice to even give me his cell for a feedback - now that’s a customer service! That’s why this place is so highly rated, they value each client, even from a different state lol

The food was tasty, on time and good quality. They have good options. The platter was a bit lacking and didn't have enough in it. I did find two strands of hair, but the food was very good that we didn't really care and just threw it and continued eating.
