I never actually went to this restaurant but have ordered online many times before. I like the time I received my order from online. Their hot and cold sandwiches are great. So are their pizza🍕

Placed an order for delivery at 5:35pm, 2 hrs and 20 mins pass and still did not recieve my food. Called and asked where my food was and they said the driver left a while ago but they would call them to find out. They never called us back so after 20 more mins we call back and they said the driver was back a the pizzeria. Come to find out that they never even made our food! Asked if we still wanted it and we said as long as it would take another hour to get it. Its now 9:30pm and still no food!! The food is good (hence Why we still wanted it even after the first incident of the night) but the service is TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL!!! Doesnt even have the courtesy to try to make it right!! Update...called back AGAIN and they still never placed the damn order!!
