I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My wife had an omelette and the kids both had chocolate chip pancakes. It was a good meal overall, but the seasoned potatoes left something to be desired. We all left full and satisfied. I had a bite of the kids pancakes and it was very nicely done. We would definitely return!

First time visiting First Watch restaurant in Oak Creek and it was amazing. A little chilly in there but because it was 80° outside. Our waitress Lexie, was incredibly personable and fun and the food came quickly. It was hot and was so good! Definitely farm-to-fork food! Give it a try if you've never been there, they will amaze you. I had the ham and Gruyere omelette and asked to have it done with egg whites which was immediately accommodated. The large omelette arrived accompanied by a pile of tasty cubed potatoes and toasted bread that was simply out of this world. Rustic, seeded, and very very flavorful. If you haven't tried breakfast at First Watch... DO! But get there well before 10:00 a.m., as they get completely bombarded by that time, especially on a Sunday.

First time I was there. The food was delicious if a little pricey.

Six adults plus a baby, used the First Watch app to get on the wait list. Gotta say, that's a great way to do it for a Saturday morning brunch at 10 AM. Food was pretty good, portion sizes were reasonable for prices. Overall this place is pretty good. Disclaimer for the brunch folk: this place does NOT serve alcohol. It may be the Wisconsin boy in me, but this place would have gotten 5 stars if they served some cocktails.

My family and I have been here a few times, each time thinking it'll be different but disappointed that it is not.
The food is really good. It's fresh, inventive, and well prepared. We're never mad about it.
Our main complaint is the general lack of service. During each visit, we received the bare minimum of interaction with our server. The host staff was cold and disinterested.
Again, great food, but just be aware what you're getting yourself into.
