Out of the 4 or 5 times I've been here it's been mostly awesome. The salads are very nutritious as well as their veggie burgers. The one time I wasn't super impressed was when I got the nachos and they skimmed on the cheese big time so I was mostly paying for basic tortilla chips. The setting is lovely and their supplement store is fantastic. Dr. Christopher's lower bowel is life changing, lol.

Everything is great, but the gluten-free bread needs improvement. That was 3 years ago. We went tonight and waited for 40 minutes. The service has gone downhill. The girl working there was very rude. She had long black hair dark skin. I'm mentioning this because she was very rude and management need to deal with her. Very sad because the chicken sandwich I bought 3 years ago is nothing like the one I ordered tonight. The prices went up even more. I'm sorry but not worth the price with bad service and not so great food anymore. Very sad I used to love this place.

I love gingers! It’s such a fun and unique place, and such a great addition to springville main.
Because the food is all made fresh, be prepared to have a little bit of a wait (not a bad thing, but don’t go when you’re in a hurry).
Gingers is the kind of food that makes you feel GOOD after you eat it.

Gingers is a great option for those with dietary restrictions. Not the best price for what you get, but I’ve enjoyed almost each time I visit. Here are my complaints:
Their gluten free bread is the worst bread I’ve had. It literally crumbles in your hands. I’ve had tons of other gluten free bread that doesn’t do this. It made my last experience less enjoyable. On top of that, I was not told when my online order was ready. It kept showing the status as “processing” for almost an hour, but when I came in, it had been sitting there. Who knows for how long.

Try the Mark Salad! It is the best salad. The salad comes with super large piece of grilled lemon chicken, house sprouts, carrots, cucumber, red onion, red peppers, sunflower sprouts and avocado on a bed of organic greens with a dairy free ranch dressing to die for.
