I love this place. They have such a great atmosphere. It's so hard to find something unique like this in Utah. Strap Tank nails it. The service is always awesome, drinks are fresh and delicious, and their food is great. Strap Tank is a very lively environment, with live music and entertainment. Nothing crazy though where I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my kids. There is plenty for them to eat and the atmosphere and decorations keep them engaged and excited.

They just changed their breakfast/brunch menu and opened it up to a buffet. Best buffet I've EVER had. They make omelets/eggs on the spot, you just tell them what you want in it. I had them make me a veggy omelet, and it was delicious. The service was great, I adored out waitress. She was extremely fast with the our drinks and the bill, and our water glasses never went empty. It is quite pricey, but so worth it. You do have to be 21+, or go with someone 21+ because there is a bar.

The place is beautiful. Food is good. But customer service is so not attentive. Dinner turns into a whole evening ordeal. You ask no ice in mules, the waitress Lori confirms and says it will be less volume. Yes, understood. We get drinks with tons of ice. We ask second round. Even more ice. Seems minor, but having asked twice now, having most glass full of ice and then also having beer served in a cracked and chipped glass, it got concerning. Lack of attention and hearing what people ask. Frustrating experience. Her tip was not compromised. We believe 20% in this economy is a must, but we did feel disrespected in our requests. Our choices were not at all heard or honored. Disappointing.
