Got order of sweet potato fries they were totally black I go in and show them. I said would never let something like that go out. He takes one and breaks in half to show inside is orange and says that's the way they are supposed to be. No I don't think so... They did give us our money back and made another order that were much light brown not black. Seriously though you don't break in half and say to customer this is how they are supposed to be when you made then correctly the 2nd time

The Hooksett Giovanni's used to be a great franchise with good customer service and good food. We used to be loyal customers for the past 4+ years. The customer service is so bad under the new owner and management that we won't be returning. I spent over $100 in the past couple of nights here and tipped well the first night. On the second night (March 11, 2022), I brought in a coupon from their menu stating $6 off any orders of $35 or more. The cashier said they don't take coupons, and then another employee started screaming at me and took the coupon to show the owner. She said they are under new owners and management and no longer accept or honor their coupons from their website. The owner asked to see the coupon a few minutes later, but the employee who took it acted like I never gave it to her. And he said they don't do coupons. So I suggested they update their website to reflect this, and he got mad. We won't be back again - we don't deserve to be screamed at or treated poorly by management or the new owner just for asking to use a coupon for the first time from their website. You've lost two loyal customers in one evening. We would have been understanding had they been nice and not screaming at us over something that was not our fault.

Second chance review, because everyone has a bad day. Had a cheese pizza, Steak&cheese & Italian sub delivered tonight. I must say, all were great and the delivery was fast. Much better then my first experience with this restaurant.
