I've only had one bad experience with service in this place, and that was few years ago. Great food, great service, but getting a little bit more pricey than they already were - can't blame them though, probably trying to get financially caught up from the lockdown. Special kudos to our waitress this afternoon, Pauline - thank you for the excellent service! Update (2022Jan15) - we still occasionally go here. We do enjoy the food, drinks, and service, but the increasing sizes and shrinking portions over the last several years has put a damper on our coming here regularly.

The Best Happy Hour in town! Everyday has a Special Drink, like Martini Fridays. We come here often, Food is always fresh & tasty. Coldest Beers in town. Customer service is the Best in town, too. Also, family friendly.

Wow, food, drinks, desserts, and a fancy old pub/bar feel. This was the first time that I had gone to Golden Valley, but it will not be my last.
I was super impressed with the small home feel of the food, incredibly well portioned, delicious and filling. The service was prompt, light and informational, and most of all…friendly. Even with a packed house of clients…the service team was so good.
Besides for the food, the beer selection on tap was amazing. They offer everything, Porter, Stouts, IPA, ciders, and my favorite now…a good sour. They offer a really fun presentation of beers to taste by the looks of it, 10 different styles. That may be the way to go to find the perfect flavor for your palette.
We will be back. Order more of the specials, and definitely try to leave more room for that incredible Oreo cookie dessert they had.

Every time I visit GV, all staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. I have tried maybe 80% of their menu and I can say that the food quality is also close to excellent. Flavors are great and even when they're busy, they serve your food promptly. If you're a wine or beer lover, this is also the place for you.

The Ribeye Steak was cooked perfectly. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was dry and we both didn't like the house made BBQ sauce. The Oregon Iced Tea was a nice refreshing drink to compliment my dinner.
