Food is pretty good - the rest of the experience has been reliably bad. Today I placed an order over the phone and was told 20min. Great, I avoided the wait! Except when arriving to pick it up I was told it hadn't even been started yet and would be another 20 minutes "at least". "Do you still want it?" was the only response from either guy working. I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards apologizing for some delayed takeout - but an acknowledgment of the poor customer experience would go a long way. They could not have cared less - so I won't be back. They're also often not open during even their normal limited hours they post. So make sure to call ahead - and even then- cross your fingers you'll get to eat!

The food here is amazing. If you don't eat here you are just cheating yourself. I got the gyro salad with chicken and the meat was so tender and perfectly seasoned.
