Poor service. We left after we experienced other customers asking if we could get some service at the icecream counter and still being ignored while the employees made sandwiches for at least 5 people who arrived after us.

The icecream itself was okay. But they were out of "tasting spoons" so instead of offering a soup spoon like we got with our soup she just simply said "sorry we are out of tasting spoons." I understand the plastic soup spoons may be more expensive but you need to accommodate for your customers if you failed to order the "tasting spoons". The waffle cone also was cracked :( Next time we eat at subway we will just go to Dairy Queen (blizzard's) or Amigos (strawberry/mango smoothie) for dessert.
