I stopped here with a friend on Monday night. Very tasty and generous 1/2 lb burger. The cheese on the burger was good and worth mentioning. Very friendly waitress. It was my first time there and I enjoyed it. I will definitely go there again.

Grill 164 is a cozy old school bar and restaurant, it's had other names and incarnations going back decades. The bar is pretty much like it was on the 1970s, just with better TVs behind it now. The food hadn't always been highly regarded, but I believe there was a recent re-tooling because several visits lately ended up being very, very good for both drinks and food, with good price points. Friendly place, too. If you haven't been there in a while, give it a go!

We had a grouper fish fry, it was fabulous! We asked for cajun seasoning, and they complied even though it was not on the menu. The service was great. The owner came by to talk to us when we had a question about an ingredient. It was a very fun overall experience.
