Always friendly service with a smile. Kaitlin, the bartender is fantastic, truly! Josh, the owner, is very responsive to customer needs and suggestions. Everything we have tried on the menu has been delicious and well prepared.

Completely appalled at tonight’s service. The lack of respect and cordialness from the staff is not acceptable. Our entire friend group was cut off after one of our friends had a beer and was “stumbling” to get a second.
I have had some great times here, but this was a very unfortunate experience. It’s difficult to recommend this place to people after this interaction.

I was really dissapointed with gustos service tonight. I come here rarely with friends and typically get the 5$ pitcher (normally 3 of them). I have never ever been disrespected or had issues with this bar. In fact the opposite on most occasions. However, on this night, i was told that my friends were falling over (which he was no where near being more than a beer deep) and stumbling and was told by one of the gentlemen that we have all been cut off. This did not make any sense. I walked up to the gentleman and asked if we had done anything wrong. He really did not have an answer for us. All in all if you are looking to have a drink with buddies or family, dont come here. If you are more than a drink deep they will cut you off. Go to the pub in williamstown instead. Better environment and they arent a***oles. Really dissapointed as i can get better service and cheaper service at a different location.
