The best all around restaurant in town, great food, great prices, quick and friendly service.
I must have eaten here at least 100 times by now, and have never had a bad meal, never had anything less than great service, and have always felt like the food was a good value as well as great quality.
I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and always have left full and happy! The food and ingredients are great, but the staff, including waiters/waitresses and chefs, are THE BEST! I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a restaurant than I do here! Also they are surprisingly fast!

Hanging Five Restaurant is a great place to get some great cafe style food.
This is a local, family-owned establishment and it shows in everything, from the food to the service.
Overall the food is consistent, I've not had a bad experience here.
There's a few standout weekly specials, that you should go out of your way for. The pasties here are incredible! (Mon./Wed. only)
(Pro tip, they start serving them at 11:00 a.m., they are typically sold out by 5 p.m., so get there early, call ahead, or miss out). When I'm able, I try to change my schedule around, just so I end up in town on a Monday or Wednesday, they're that good.
Then on Saturday, their Prime Rib sandwich...delightful.
All the servers are great. If you get a chance to have Mateo wait on you, you'll quickly realize that he takes pride in his work.
The fact they have employees that have been there for 14+ years, I think is one of the best indicators of the overall quality of this establishment.

Yum! Quick service, lovely staff, big portions and good prices! Everything you want in a diner! Dude, the bowl of Creamy Chicken soup ALONE, was DELICIOUS and I left very full. Thanks for a nice quick lunch!

I stopped in on a very cold, snowy, and busy Friday night. As I was alone, I was able to sit at the counter with no wait. It looked like those coming in as groups or families were waiting 10 to 20 minutes depending on their size. The place was very busy, but someone seemed to always be attentive to me at the counter, refilling my water, making sure my needs were met. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Seemed like most diners were cleaning their plates. Tasty chili and great hash browns.
