When traveling it's hard to know where to eat, so the recommendation to eat at Rib&Chop was welcomed. I had the salmon on the flaming cedar plank, it was perfectly cooked and amazingly delicious. If/when I ever get back to Butte there will be a definitely be a return trip to this restaurant.
