We stumbled on this while looking for food in Waimea for my daughter. He wasn’t in the location at google maps but it’s a trailer so maybe it moves. He was very friendly and accommodating making a special dish for my daughter combining things from his menu. We both enjoyed our food a lot and would come back when in the area.

Tasty food and healthy portions. The lemon caper sauce on my fish was a real treat! The chef (owner?) was friendly too. The location is much closer to the main stretch of Waimea than is currently shown on the map, it’s right by the old sugar mill.
