Great ambiance and food, pizza was fantastic. Beer selection had plenty of variety and creativity with their options. I'm not a big fan of beer, but I found a few things I actually enjoyed (which is usually hard)! Our server was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I love checking out new places, but if I end up back in the area I would be very tempted to just go here again!

I have been a customer of the West Chester Iron Hill since it first opened and endured its ups and downs. I have been a (raving) fan at times of their food (the fisherman's stew's broth was world class!) and a general fan of their beer and generally positive about their service. But they may have reached a new low even worse than the average performance when they first opened. The food we had today was mediocre at best. The burger had been clearly precooked and (barely) warmed up. The portion of the calamari appetizer was very small in comparison to prior versions. The beer was all average. The wine glass my wife received was "clean," but smeared on top with prior lipstick smudges, which I understand is difficult to remove. And the service was average - an attentive server, but clearly inexperienced - missed providing app plates, silverware / napkins, and water. Willing to give them a bit of a break because the staff is likely all new because of COVID, but Iron Hill has to get it fixed or even us long-timers will go somewhere else.

Food was good! Beer was good. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. Our appetizer didn't come out before our meal; don't know where that was an issue, but we canceled it. Enjoyable evening
