Who knows when this place actually serves food. It's always either "we're not taking orders", or "we're only doing fried food". I can't remember the last time this place ran smooth! Where is management? The owner is quick to respond, but it's obvious this has been going on for a while is for a while.

This place is EXTREMELY understaffed. He was doing the orders and making the food by himself. He was an older gentleman at the drive thru was very nice and everything I ordered was perfect.

Mobile ordered for this location and pulled into drive thru and clicked the “I’m here” in app and was charged for my food. It was only 6:15, waited in line for 10 minutes and no one ever came to speaker even to say hold on. Drove around to window and no one was there, parked and went to doors and they were both locked. Only one white truck in parking lot, no one inside. Didn’t get my food and haven’t gotten a refund. I knocked on drive through window for 5 minutes and nothing. If you’re going to have workers leave in the middle of the shift then maybe a new manager is in order who can keep track of their employees. If you’re closed then your app should reflect that as well.

Food was great as always. The reduction in stars is based solely on how long it took at the drive thru. Sat at least 20 minutes between ordering and getting my food.
