Who would have thought that this small restaurant in the tiny town of Middlebury would serve food that rivals some of the best restaurants in downtown Boston? While the dishes are rustic and simple in nature, everything was done with superb quality. A fantastic surprise.

We had a lovely stay at the Swift House Inn and dined at Jessica’s twice (also every morning for breakfast for guests — perfect!). The service was wonderful each time and the food was excellent. The fires were roaring and the gentle Christmas music provided the perfect ambience. There is also a very quaint bar across the hall. Highly recommend.
