Amazing customer service on the carryout end around 12:15. I ordered a grinder online, read the ingredient list quickly and asked for no peppers but onions instead. When they received the order they immediately called me to let me know that onions come with it, but mushroom and peppers do as well. They wanted to double check to see if I wanted the mushrooms since I missed where It said onions came on it, and good thing they called because I totally did not read fully and I don’t like mushrooms. We were able to catch it before the order was put in! Thank you

Joey's never disappoints. This was our first time at this location, but it absolutely won't be our last. Great service, amazing food. Highly recommend for parties of all sizes. Have to say it does get busy, however, they do a great job working through their takeout orders. They have a great staff. Also, highly encourage you take advantage of their wait ahead seating, so you never have to wait in the restaurant.

Edit: Over the past few years, this has gotten better & is rarely an issue. I don't order every week anymore, so now this review is simply: I love the food. =) I love the food. But I order here every week and literally it's a simple pizza and it gets messed up every time, without fail. I can't even understand how that's possible, but I'm not exaggerating.
