Hoping this review is received constructively- Placed an online order through the Menufy this morning. It appears no one in in restaurant checks this software as even right now it says “confirming order with restaurant” and when my husband walked in to pick it up at the specified time it wasn’t yet ready. Not a huge deal as the gentleman working whipped everything up quickly. However if you’re going to offer this online service for customers then it’d be nice if it actually functioned correctly.
My negative review is moreso based on the fact that my açaí bowl had a ton of ice chunks of ice in it, big and small. Really off-putting when trying to take a bite and either dodging the giant ice cubes or accidentally taking the bite with the crushed iced included - bleck. I had to grab a glass to spit them out into as I was eating.

This would've been a 5 star experience had it not been for the customer service. I had a big problem being charged a service charge for using a debit card. I'll admit the store did have a very small note stating that a card purchase would be a different price than a cash purchase. However the young lady asking me how id be paying never bothered to inform me of any surcharge. When I asked her why I was charged extra she only bothered to point towards a tiny note on the register tape holder mentioning the extra charge. I was only very disappointed because their was no effort in trying to understand why that was not very professional. I'm not here to discredit the quality of the produce, as the smoothies I purchased was good. But as mentioned in a previous review, the customer service needs to step it up. It's located in Greenville, De a community know for the best of quality service. Heres to hoping for a better experience next time.

Very unprofessional workplace, majority of the cleaning isn’t done properly, blenders get washed only half the time, there will almost always be residue from previous smoothies, this is because there is little to no training if you start working, slow and terrible customer service as they don’t keep enough workers around to keep up with business when there’s rushes, employees aren’t trained on how to make juices, so if you order a juice it is made according to how the employee think it should be made, smoothies are often not fully blended because employees are told just once how to blend; not given techniques to make sure all fruits get fully blended, additionally i was fired “not being fit for the job”, after getting not being scheduled for a week by the (only) manager who wouldn’t answer her phone, all of the employees knew I was fired and the boss nor the manager tried reached out to me to alert me of this, I had to go to the store to see what’s up and the employee working at the time told me

Been there 3 times, the manager is always welcoming and friendly.
We have gotten, smoothies, bowls and juices there. Amazing! Consistently delicious. You can go super clean and healthy or get something more on the sweeter side.
