Hands down the best food truck experience ever! This place will blow you away. The presentation is absolutely gorgeous and the food is dynamite. We had the Seafood platter and it was one of the best meals ever. And you MUST try their dessert items!!! The staff is friendly, and the customer service is great. There’s a lot of seating in the midst of the beautiful garden. Maui’s must try!

I’ve never had food from a food truck like this before. It’s truly incredible what Kitoko is capable of. I had their daily special which was lobster and crispy rice and my husband had the marlin. Both were incredible and at a great price point. Chef Cole is extremely talented and we came here after eating with him the night before. Actually made a beeline here because I wanted to eat his food one more time. Don’t forget to stop at his bakery a few feet from the truck, the desserts and bread are equally amazing. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!!!

This place is unique. We came here for dinner, it was already dark and it looked like an oasis in the desert, a hidden garden. A guitarist singer was playing on a chair for a few delighted spectators. The chef is really friendly and explained the concept behind the name. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. The drinks were refreshing. Finally, the sweets were the cherry on top. Thanks Cole for such a great experience, nous reviendrons!
