BBQ truck- steak sandwich was juicy and decent. Outlaw burger (monster style burger) was massive! Tritip was juicy and tasty. Pulled pork as well. Had to have a skewer to hold it together and be eaten with a fork! Mac&cheese was good texture and flavor. Coleslaw was good sized shred/texture but flavor lacking. Would eat there again but still wondering if we will find a true favorite BBQ in the regional area.

The pulled pork sandwich was delicious, tender and seasoned just right! Side of smoked vegetable kabobs were prepared perfectly. Enjoyed every bite. Don’t pass by without stopping for a delicious meal. You won’t be let down if you like great smoked BBQ! Well done Frank and Julie!

I have eaten the Tri Tip sandwich, the Wrangler Burger, BBQ Beef, Pulled Pork, Smoked Salmon and Chicken. My honest opinion is the open pit BBQ method creates a unique flavor of their food and it has all been delicious. Frank and Julie and their family are creating an experience of very good and unique food with really big flavors. Big things to come for Blackfoot.
